attentive staff convenient location loud room inedible food
the staff helped us book a taxi. they also provided complimentary water and toiletries. the breakfast had a generous variety of fresh options. the location was convenient.
i found the room was loud at times. the food was hardly edible.

clean room varied breakfast friendly staff far location high tax expensive price
The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I appreciated that it was quite varied with many options. The staff were super friendly and always helpful.
The location wasn't ideal. It was quite far from the center, about a 30-minute walk. the city tax felt very high. I think the price per night was expensive considering the location.

fantastic stay
friendly staff hotel parking
the staff was very professional and friendly. the receptionists helped us with our bags after check out and let us leave the car in the hotel parking so we could enjoy our wine tasting. they even gave us an umbrella when it was raining. it was top notch.
the room smelled of cigarettes when we first arrived. we decided to pay for two hours in the spa and were disappointed. the pool area had a strange smell to it so we didn't stay in the spa for the whole two hours.

breakfast was excellent , with a generous variety of fresh options. i enjoyed the pastries , fruits , hot dishes , and great coffee. everything tasted fresh , i especially liked the pastries.

great breakfast helpful personnel well kept room
The breakfast included many choices and tasted great. I appreciated the helpful front desk personnel. They provided clear directions to historic sites. The room was very clean. It was well maintained.
The room felt a bit noisy. I could hear some sounds from outside.

helpful staff dining room high tax old hotel
The staff was kind and helpful! They gave me bus tickets and directions to the Duomo. I liked the breakfast available in the dining room. It helped me start my day.
There was a tourist tax of €7 per day. That was quite high compared to other places I visited.
